I've only played a few of these and none were very much Runescape. The one game I've played that is similar to Runescape is Mabinogi. It uses a similar skill-based system rather than classes. You can train combat skills and then go sheer sheep or play instruments.
It even has separate skills for each attack type ex. The graphics aren't great, but if you like Runescape then it shouldn't matter. There are no other games like Runescape, No one seems to understand that graphic style and world styles have nothing to do with playing Runescape.
